The Gleason technology produced an high quality of precision and superficial finishing.The Gleason cut allows to transmit more tourque and more fuel efficency.The major precision and specially finishing take the gears more silence--------------------It's important follow carefully the istruction (included with ring and pinion) and the procedure of the running-in in because is important for avoide damage from overheating.Every overheating or overload during the running-in can take break the oil film and conseguential damage for the ring and pinion.PROCEDURE:-After the fitting drive carefully for 20-30 minutes, after you will must stop for coolin down the oil for 2 hours.-Avoid heavy acceleration for the first 800 km-Do not tow or doing off-road for the first 800km-After running-in, replace the oil and check the adjustment of the ring and pinionThis may seem unnecessary but it is very easy to damage the ring and pinion before it is run.New ring and pinion create excess heat when are new, because the theet must be run-in. Excess heat can damage the ring and pinion.IMPORTANT:it is important follow the istruction for the correct fit of the ring and pinion.An incorect oil, will damage the ring and pinion. It is necessary use oil GL5 with caratteristich "EP" (extreme pression). An incorect oil, an old oil or a lower level oil can "burn" the ring and pinion and wear the teeth of this one (the teeth will reduce more and can be break).
